Nicolas Cloiseau, Master Chef of La Maison du Chocolat, plants a new fantasy of a vegetable garden all in chocolate! A gastronomic fusion of sweet and savoury results in five surprising, innovative and delicious new chocolates.
 
Drawing from the spirit of the different seasons, Nicolas Cloiseau unearths a terroir of flavours and brilliantly brings us aestival and autumnal sensations through the full-bodied essence of pepper, the sultry character of mushroom, the boldness of Espelette pepper, and sweetness of spring onion, enhanced with balsalmic vinegar, or finished with crystalline notes of Guérande salt. Celebrating the unexpected, no ingredient is left off of the table.
 
A succession of sensations - whether it be the rush of salt, startling crisp notes, or building intensity - enrich the already complex nature of both dark and milk chocolate. The elements of these unexpected, beautifully balanced vegetable and chocolate pairings elicit a delightfully new tasting experience.
